Windows 10: I have Windows 10 version 21H1, but computer unsuccessfully tries to add updates to version...

I have windows 10 version 21H1, but it keeps trying to unsuccessfully install updates to version 22H2 I get code 0x800f0922. I've tried so many recommended things to fix it, I can't remember all the things I've tried. Can anyone help? Thank you. marber

can't update KB5008212 Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems

Dear Microsoft,

I have been trying to update windows KB5008212 Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems for last 10 days without success.

My pc is currently on version 21H1 (OS build 19043.1288) windows 10 pro.

The recent updates available is Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5008212).

I have tries many methods like turning off firewalls, turning of .NET FRAMEWORK etc.

Please suggest me the options that can be used to install the updates. Every time my pc restarts, it is trying to update, but after completing 100%, it says we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes Don't turn off your computer.

On windows update, the error shows as failed to install (0x800f0922)

Updating to Windows 10 version 21h1

Sounds fairly straightforward. But let me clarify one thing. Are the operations performed in steps 1 & 2 above done before upgrading to version 21H1 or after?

If all goes well should I expect Windows to perform normally?
