Windows 10: I have windows 10S. I keep getting a prompt to scan virus and threat but nothing happens...

I have Window 10S. I have a prompt asking me to do a quick scan but when I do so nothing seems to happen it looks like I am unable to do a scan so the yellow triangle is still there

Unable to remove or quarantine Virus Threat

Ran a virus scan with defend and 3 threats were detected, however when I went to have them removed nothing happened, tried to quarantine them and again nothing happened any suggestions on how to eliminate these threats. The threats are PUA:Win32/SweetIM
PUA:Win32/Visicom and PUA:Win32/AskToolbar

If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

 

Virus Scan ONLY tool?

I was using Malwarebytes to run scans on things I downloaded to make sure they're clean before I run them... but now Malwarebytes wants to run constantly and wants to do virus scans all the time, even though I told it not to (I'll scan a single file then it starts another threat scan on its own).

Are there any good tools that do virus scanning only?
