I've tried this and it hasn't worked:Remove from Bluetooth Settings:Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.Find the Wireless Controller in the list of paired devices.Click on the three dots next to it and select Remove device.Remove from Devices and Printersress Win + R, type control printers, and press Enter.Look for the Wireless Controller in the list of devices.Right-click on it and select Remove device.Check for Phantom Devices:Sometimes, Bluetooth devices can leave behind phantom entries. To remove these:Open Device Manage

I have Windows 11 and i am trying to remove my PS5 Dualsense Edge controller, however ive deleted it in device manager under bluetooth AND hidden devices but its still there. I NEED HELP!

Boot windows into safe-mode

Delete the files which are related to the PS5 Dualsense Edge controller from this path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\

Problem solved

Steps I did to solve:

1. Use a cable to connect the controller to your device.

2. Go to Controller website to download the latest hardware for DualSense™ Wireless Controller and DualSense Edge™ Wireless Controller. And follow the step of it to update hardware.

3. Go to Sound Control Panel and find the speaker of the controller (heard that PS5 controller use sound to control vibration), right-click controller's speaker and press configure speaker. Make it Quadraphonic and go next, tick all two box and go next, press Finish.

Then I open my game again and it works perfectly.
