Windows 10: I have Windows 11 and it will not allow me to use my 6D Embroidery program

I have a new laptop which has Windows 11 and I am not able to use my 6D Embroidery program. It does not recognize my 6 D embroidery USB stick to install the program.

6D Embroidery Softwae won't install on Win 10

I am trying to load 6D Sewing Machine Embroidery Software on Win 10. There seem to be others with issues, and I have tried the suggestions but it still won't install. When I install it it says it's finished, but when I check most of the components havent installed
and the program won't run.

 

Embroidery Programs flashing


I have 2 laptops each with a different embroidery program installed on them. They both worked with Windows 7 just fine. I updated to windows 10 a couple of weeks ago after researching to make sure both programs would work with 10. Everything I read said they would. On both computers when I try to digitize the nodes are flashing so it slows down the digitizing and drives me nuts. I have changed the video card setting on both programs and still have the flashing. All other programs seems to work fine. I even uninstalled the embroidery program on this laptop and reinstalled it to see if it solved the problem and it has not. Any ideas of what I can look for to fix this. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get the embroidery programs to work with no luck. I contacted both programs and have not heard back from them. SO I am hoping someone had a similur problem.

6D Premier won't recognize new dongle

had to buy new dongle for 6D Premier Embroidery system and it worked well, but then I had to recover my computer and now the program won't recognize the new dongle, keep getting message that it's not the dongle that came with the program. How do I change get it to recognize the change.? I did receive a new password with the dongle, changed as they recommended. It worked at first now since the recovery it won't. Thanks. Edition Windows 10 Home
