Windows 10: I have Windows 11 on the Lockdown Screen. . . . .

I have Windows 11 on the Lockdown Screen I used to get an Image of a famous World Landmark Or Famous Scenery but all I see is a Blue Screen I have changed this to Windows Spotlight Under Lock Screen Personalization and downloaded Images app from Bing but still same awful Blue screen its really annoying please help

Lockdown browser causing constant screen dimming

My son had to install Lockdown Browser on his new laptop, operating with Windows 11. When Lockdown browser kicks in, the screen dims, then cycles from dim to black to bright and then continues to cycle through the brightness modes. We are unsure if it is a windows thing or a lockdown browser thing, but trying to trouble shoot from all sides since he has a test tomorrow! (yikes!)

If you are referring to the lock screen, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• On the lock screen, click on Ease of access icon next to network connection icon.
• Click On Screen keyboard.
• Type the password and check.

I also suggest you to change the language and check.

• On the lock screen, click on language icon next to network connection icon.
• Click the language to US English.
• Type the password and check.

Computer in lockdown

I have done all of the troubleshooting steps that you provided and I still can't get Windows to start because it won't accept my password which I know has been entered correctly I know my password Works to get into my Microsoft account on my android phone.
Previously tried to make a reset password but Windows 10 will not allow it and i had a lot of other problems. Now I can't even restore or do a clean install because it always asks for a password
