Windows 10: I have windows 11 & updated QB Pro Plus 23 & I cannot attached an invoice & email to client...

I can no longer email an invoice to our customers from QB since I have Windows 11.This is a horrible problem for me as the bookkeeper.It say QB is missing a component???

Hello Allan,

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Win 10 & 7 email client missing

Hi everyone: I need to be able to choose my default email client to Outlook if possible so I can have it work ok with an application that needs to 'see' the default email client in order to send emails via it
(It sends invoices as attachment and is a Filemaker runtime solution).
It is not showing any email client in 'default programs'
Any suggestions gratefully received as I'm banging my head on this one!

Quickbooks Email an Invoice Crash Com Error

When I go to email an invoice to a customer/client -- I hit OK to email it and it gives me the Crash --Com Error. I hit ok and it gives me the Error code again. After I hit OK for the second time, it closes the program down.

When I go into my preferences -- SEND FORMS, it locks up and shuts down with same Crash Com Error. So I am wondering if it has something to do with the email service linked to QB's?

I running windows 10 and QuickBooks Desktop Premier Edition 2017.

Has anyone found a fix to this? Thank you!
