    Video Editor Does Not Open

    I am using Windows 11 and have Video Editor (VE) app installed but it opens Photos instead. I have seen the VE can appear as a Tab in Photos but there's nothing like that either. I've uninstalled / reinstalled VE but with no success.

    How can I access VE?
