    Hi Ray,

    To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

    Method 1

    • Turn off your PC.
    • Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
    • Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).
    Method 2

    • Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
      link      .
    • Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Windows10 update KB4497115 has slowed computer

    Windows10 update KB4497115 on 5/21/2020 has slowed computer a lot. I've checked my storage space and I have lots. I did look at the steps to take and have done what of them I could do. For instance, OneDrive is not running. Should I uninstall
    update? Or is there another fix?
