Windows 10: I haven't changed any of my settings, but after waking up my PC, a lot of my apps are now...

My computer went into sleep mode and I turned it on fairly quickly after. Once I turned it off, my screen was incredibly shrunk, running at about a third of the resolution that it should've been, and after changing my resolution back to what it was previously, many of my apps and games now are zoomed out so far that I cannot reasonably use them. Not only is the text smaller and more difficult to read, all of the buttons are very small and the environment itself follows. I have tried restarting twice to no avail. I have changed the scaling already, and it does not correct the scaling to the deg

Power setting turns display off as set but then it turns right back on

Do you have allow wake timers set to disabled ?

But you never put the PC to sleep, so it won`t be that.

Do you turn the PC off when you`re not using it ?

Boot into safe mode as Try3 has suggested.

I would also disconnect your track ball and plug in a normal usb mouse and see if it still comes right back on, if you haven`t tried that yet.
