Windows 10: I hit reset and it’s not working

    I hit reset and it’s not working


    I reseted my computer and now I’ve been stuck on the screen that says “updates are underway” but nothing has happened and I can’t do anything please help. I attempted a reset try but it hasn’t reseted the pc.

    Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Thanks for the suggestion.
    The reason why I wanted to do a reset or re-install is to indeed get OneDrive in that list. Currently it isn't.
