Windows 10: I installed a MS Update dont know which one. Computer Not working

I installed an MSFT Update not sure which one it was. During the install the message "Something didn't go as planned" came up. Now, after it said Undoing Changes, the computer comes up I can not get pass the Welcome screen. The keyboard doesn't work. I am using the same keyboard on another computer so I know the keyboard works. It like it freezes. The time does change on the screen.

How to setup an APP Password? MS instructions dont match web pages?

You can repeat these steps to create an app password for as many apps or devices as you need.

1. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Select More security options.
3. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.
4. Enter this app password where you would enter your normal Microsoft account password in the application.

Note: Once you have created and entered an app password for a given app or device, you usually won't need to do it again.

Windows 10 installed, now computer won't start up


i can sign in but says I am missing something. api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll missing in Windows 7.
Dont know how to set Windows 10 as default startup in safe mode. Someone suggested '

1. On a working PC, go to the Microsoft software download website and createWindows 10 installation media

I have done that but can't get Windows 10 to start up?

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
