Windows 10: I installed an app from other site, now it's not showing up in menu neither in Apps &...

I installed Dopamine from its official site. At first it wasn't showing up in the start menu so I opened the directory I installed it and from there I had to pin it in the start menu. Then I tried to fix this by going into Apps & Features then I realized that it's not their too! Maybe system doesn't consider this an app. How to fix this thing up? I use Windows10

Yep, just realize theres no emoticons
And i dunno its from the app or something, sometimes i need to refresh several times to show the content

One more please add app update notification from the app or button for reporting bugs or suggestion


One suggestion, may you put menu on dropdown on top corner so we can move without pressing back again and again

How to show MOST USED apps in Start Menu?

This issue could have occurred due to incorrect Start settings.

I suggest you to try the following steps which will help to show most used apps in Start Menu. Check if it helps.

  Click on Start Button and click on
  Settings.

  Double-click Personalization.

  In the left pane click on Start.
  
• 
  In the right pane check if the “Show most used apps” slider is
  turned on or not.
  
• 
  If not move the slider to
  turn it on.

  Now check in Start Menu, if it shows most used apps.

Windows 10 All Apps menu not showing shortcuts

Running Windows 10 64-bit; 8 GB RAM

I've been advised that the folder:

c:\Users\<my name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

contains the folders and shortcuts that are shown in the All Apps menu.

However, there are some programs and folders in there that don't show up in the All Apps menu. For example, I just installed a new program, and the installation created a folder for the app in that folder - and that folder shows up in the All Apps menu, great. But if I then manually add a shortcut to that folder, it doesn't show up in the All Apps menu.

What am I missing? Is there some extra step I don't know about?

Basically, I want to configure my All Apps menu, moving/creating shortcuts and folders, and what I find online isn't working.
