Windows 10: I installed an update and now have no WiFi. Can't find it no symbol, my 802.11n USB...

Wifi just disappeared after an update. It was working, I was working and then it dropped out and I cannot find WiFi to connect again.When I go into Network and internet - Get Help - Turn on WiFiNOTHINGI don't appear to have any airplane modes it is a desktop so not surprising. I have completed a Network reset NO WiFiFurther action it sends me here.Desktop is a Lenovo

Updating drivers for Windows 7

What is the best way to update the drivers for Windows 7?

I came to this driver issue by ordering EDIMAX 150 Wi-Fi Nano USB Adapter from Walmart, but Walmart delivered me the thing but of a different brand. I haven't even been able to figure out the company who has made it to be able to download the proper driver for it. It has just 802.11 on it. It looks like this one:

Mini-Wireless-150Mbps-USB-Adapter-WiFi-802-11n-150M

I started to look for the driver and came to Driver Easy:

To me it looks trustworthy and I would use it but want to first check here with experienced person.
There are so many analogues to 'driver easy' available that promise to update all your drivers.

So reading a bit about the need to update drivers I am sure it's needed for my computer. It hasn't been done here for a long time.

Low wifi signal strength after Windows 10 update

i upgraded to windows 10 yesterday but after the update wifi signal strength has dropped significantly now i get only THREE bar and some times my wifi does not even detects my router . Before the upgrade to windows 10 i used to get full wifi signal.
I suspect windows 10 is not fully compatible with my wifi adapter please help me out .......

Recommendation for WiFi usb / card

If you have a desktop computer I would STRONGLY suggest a PCIe adapter rather than a USB adapter if you go with WiFi 6. The only USB WiFi adapters that I have seen thus far use a Realtek chipset which is reported to have some serious flaws. In my own personal experience, I have tried 2 of these and returned both, getting performance worse than other WiFi 5 adapters and constant disconnects even 10 feet from my WiFi router. If you go with a USB adapter, I would suggest a quality WiFi 5 adapter. One more note: Should you decide to go with a WiFi 6 PCIe adapter, I would suggest a WiFi 6e model. They actually cost no more, and they are one step up just in case you ever go to a WiFi 6e router.
