Windows 10: I installed AOmei and EaseUS software on my computer and when I tried to do chkdsk using...

I recently installed AOMEI partion and EaseUS partition software on my computer. I tried to use their version of chkdsk to check system files on my computer. Unfortunately they both said they computer cannot be locked so the process has to be done on next reboot. When it did , the computer cannot start on any reboot; it auto shuts down on first reboot. I uninstalled both softwares from my computer. but the computer has stuck to the same auto shutdown routine on my first reboot.

EaseUS todo backup

Easeus is not difficult, but if you are looking for the simplest program for imaging, I suggest Aomei Backupper.

chkdsk c: /F

It might be an error on the drive. We suggests that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

• Run Disk Cleanup utility to clear your junk files.
• Open an elevated CMD type sfc /scannow and hit Enter to run the System File Checker.
  
• Once the scan is completed, restart your computer. Remember to exit ChkDsk
  during boot.
• Next, again open CMD as admin type
  Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and hit Enter to repair the Windows image.
• Now see if ChkDsk able to complete the scan.

Note: Before doing the steps, make sure you save a back up of your files.
