Windows 10: I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I have installed the update that became available today called "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5030310" and this did not give me the Microsoft Copilot function. Nothing happens when pressing WIN-C and I can't find settings for this function anywhere. So what I did is join the Windows Insider Program Dev channel and got the latest update so I'm now running Windows 11 version 23H OS build 22631.2361 and I still don't see Windows Copilot function. Am I missing something?

How can I install The microsoft copilot

Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

Microsoft Copilot is currently in private preview, and access is only available to select developers. If you're an eligible developer, you can sign up to request access via the Copilot website: GitHub Copilot · Your AI pair programmer. After you have been granted access, you can install the Copilot extension in your IDE.

At present, the Copilot extension is only available for Visual Studio Code. To install the extension, follow these steps:

1. Open Visual Studio Code and click on the Extensions icon on the left sidebar (or press `Ctrl+Shift+X`).

2. Search for "GitHub Copilot" in the search bar and select the extension from the results.

3. Click on the "Install" button next to the extension. Once the installation is complete, you will need to reload Visual Studio Code to start using Copilot.

Keep in mind that Copilot is currently only available in private preview and is not fully released yet.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
