Windows 10: I installed legacy ZoneAlarm in win 11 pro, then downgraded to win 11 home, and now....

Win 11 home ver install will not allow me to install the legacy Zonealarm even using any compatibility mode..... It worked fine in Win 11 pro preinstalled this micro PC. Why is Win 11 home fighting me? I have Win 11 home on 2 other PCs and Zonealarm legacy is working on both.

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:
