Windows 10: I installed Microsoft Money 2006 in new windows 11 computer but font size is too small,...

I am using the same monitor, both computers are set to same display 1280 X800 but it is hard to see the program in windows 11, If I change display resolution more the rest of the display looks like windows 3.1 ...big chunky .So far it is just this one program but not everything moved over yet. Windows 10 has an option for " Full Scale Screen" which doesn't show in windows 11 I don't know if this makes any difference.Install was made from the original disk so some updates may not be present.

Dialog box font sizes too small

I just installed Windows 11. I've been able to adjust most of my font sizes. But, I'm having trouble with dialog boxes (Device manager, etc.) The font is too small. Can I adjust these font sizes?

Control panel font size too small.

I have IE 11 with windows 10 on a Lenovo 20A7 X1 Carbon laptop, which has a touch screen.

The font size for the Control Panel's own fonts (and some other instances) cannot be changed with the methods given for other types of menus, etc. Also, changing the screen resolution does no good for this problem. The touch screen does not work to increase
the size with the pinch gesture for these screen contents. The zoom (using Control & + - keys works fine for most other screen views, but has no effect whatsoever on the Control panel's own (as well as some of the other) font sizes. Also, the "BRIEFING" news
software (which came loaded on my computer when purchased) does not respond to the touch screen sizing, so the text remains too small for comfortable reading.

Overall, Microsoft has done a horrible job regarding text size control on Windows 10. There have been way too many things that have been left to the computer owners to have to deal with in order to get fixed!

Is there any chance that Microsoft will be fixing these problem anytime soon? Would appreciate some suggestions.

 

Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
