I installed windows 11 earlier but the power cut off and my computer shut down and after I restarted, it reverted back to windows 10. How do I get back to windows 11?

i am just curious how does power cuts affect windows 11 and the hardware of my computer as i live in a power cut prone area as it rains here like crazy
so my pc just crashed 3 times in a row as i have still not have a UPS.
can i know the negative effects of power cut on hardware and Windows.
