Windows 10: I just bought a couple laptops with Windows 10 and I’m coming from Windows 7

I’m looking for advice or links about how to learn Windows 10 and I am coming from Windows 7

I am even dreading to turn the laptops on and get them set up , but my Windows 7 laptops are dying, giving me bad screen, unreliable, etc. I use them for job so it was time to replace them. Thank you

I had the message on my built systems and the laptops.

 

Is it time for Windows 10 already?

I can't get update KB3035583 on my windows 7 SP1 laptop, also I was missing the optional language packs updates, I have tried "resetting" windows updates Windows Update - Reset - Windows 7 Help Forums and I have tried stopping and restarting the windows update service, did not help.
Would anyone have a suggestion on how to get this KB3035583 update? It's genuine windows 7 SP1 home premium.

Edit: Is this windows 10 upgrade only for people who bought (a computer with) windows 7 SP 1?

Worth upgrading to Windows 10 with my laptop?

Since it's a laptop I would just stick with Windows 8.1 and when it's time to buy a new laptop then Windows 10. My gaming laptop that I travel with has Windows 7 and it's fine. When I buy a new laptop in a couple of years Win 10 will be nice.
