Laptop not booting to Windows 10 after new battery installed.

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to contact your manufacturer regarding the battery issue. As of now you can power drain your laptop and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Disconnect the AC Adapter.
  
• 
  Remove the Battery.
  
• 
  Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  
• 
  Reconnect the AC adapter.
  
• 
  Turn on the laptop power.

Laptop cannot use AC adaptor anymore

that was my first suspect
second the battery is bad
third the ac adapter is bad

I know you said you tested it on another laptop that's all well and good if that laptop needs the same or more power but if you tested it on a laptop with a lower wattage requirement it might work even if its faulty because the laptop don't pull enough wattage to kill it.

i would put the battery in power the thing on and test the amp draw on the power and compare it to what its supposed to be which should be listed on the brick
