Windows 10: I just bought a new monitor Xiaomi mi Redmi 1A but I can't set my screen resolution to...

My highest resolution I can choose is 1440x900 and it's not 1980x1080 but when I buy it say recommend resolution is 1980x1080I see others post about this and tried update drivers, update windows, reinstall drivers, reset computer, download driver from AMD web but nothing worked.My device specifications:AMD Athlon 200GE with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.20 GHzRAM: 8,00 GB 5,44 GB usableGPU: AMD Radeon Vega 3

To transfer contacts and other details from Lumia 540 phone to Xiaomi Redmi Note

I am using Microsoft Windows Lumia 540 and enjoying with it. But few days agao I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 but I do not know how to transfer peoples contacts and other details from old phone to new phone. Can you advice ?
