Windows 10: I just bought an HP All in one Brand New and the administrators name and e-mail is no one I...

How do I delete an administrator off my brand new computer it has a live.com e-mail address the mans name is Brandon Downen.

I just bought this computer at Walmart yesterday supposedly brand new I am able to sign in with my credentials but I can't change the administrator which I thought I was I was just going to change the sign in name but seen that this Brandon and his e-mail is the administrator to this computer...so weird everything came up like we were the first ones to get on the computer did notice this brandons name kept coming up I thought it was an example of how the info was to be entered.

How do I delete this person as the administrator?

E-Mail contacts

I know how to access the contacts in Win 10 mail. Either do new mail or forward. Click the To and type in a letter in a contact that you want to send the e-mail . A download list will appear with all of the contracts that have that letter either in the first or last name. It is still difficult to do multiple e-mails in the To .

Where is my e mail? I use g mail, and since getting this brand new hp computer (same as my other one) I have not been able to find where my e mails have gone!!!

 

There is an administrator name and email on my computer

I bought a new laptop. There is an account registered with name and email. I have no idea who this person is and suspect the computer was previously owned and sold to me as new. I cannot remove that name because it is listed as administrator. I can add my
name but it makes me nervous. I have contacted Costco where I bought the computer and they advise to wipe the entire thing and start over. Not that they will do that, I would have to. And I have contacted HP who suggests I pay for a higher level of support.
And I have contacted Microsoft who suggest I look at the forum where I do not find an answer. What I wouldn't give for someone who can help.
