I just cleaned my Microsoft ergonomic 4000 keyboard connected to a Windows 10 desktop; Now my screen has flipped 90 degree to the left. I have tried every key or combination of keys to put it back the way it was. The buttons on my Dell monitor don't change it either. Which key or keys fixes this? Thanx

My Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 works on Windows 11 - somewhat. All the standard keyboard operations work properly, and two of the the special function keys work, however, the MS Mouse and Keyboard Center software says "no supported device". Any suggestions??

In Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 you don't need any of driver to run. Its just run so quickly and you don't need to install any kind of drivers to run this Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000.

Still as you already told above that you have installed Drivers then you have to first uninstall Drivers and connect again Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. I hope this might help you out.
