  1. I just deleted %temp% files and now my SSD is malfunctioning

Yesterday I deleted temp files, the PC kept working fine even after restart. There was like 10gb in there. Today I was fine until I launched a game and it froze everything, I restarted and everything but now my ssd is at 100% all the time, everything takes minutes to open. I ran crystal disk and it says 20mb reads but 500mb writes both sequential and random speeds are about the same. The PC is a year old, the SSD is a mx500 and it has almost 300gb free. On the first restart after the initial crash, it threw me into a blue striped screen, then after I restarted again it threw me into bios, then after that I got into windows but with everything slow and 100% C: usage.
