Windows 10: I just did a fresh install and Ctrl C is still not working with any keyboards

I cleared every program out and only have files on the PC that can't write anything. I have completely lost all of the work i've been doing just so I can get this thing working for the people who need to use it. After completely wiping this thing and reinstalling up to date... Ctrl C is still not working as a short cut. I've tested each keyboard and none of the keys are broken, dirtytwo of them are straight up new and all register properly.THE ONLY THING THAT STILL DOESN'T WORK IS CTRL C.This can't be possible at all but...Yeah... even after fully reinstalling windows and updating several ti

Keyboard combination Ctrl+C and Ctrl+A not working

Right before somewhere last 2 week the combination of mentioned in title are still working fine. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+A isn't working anymore, maybe caused by updates somewhere between that time. I sought solution online (Troubleshooting, driver keyboard reinstall, CMD property enabled for shortcuts) and ended up finding that Ctrl+Ins+C works fine for copying and Ctrl+V never had issue. But it's a hassle for me because I'm using laptop keyboard Acer Aspire e14 from 2017 and Ins button is so far on the right side. Ctrl+Ins+A don't work though and I'm stumped here. Does anyone knows the solution so I can get the combination working normally again for Ctrl+C and Ctrl+A? I'm in the latest windows 10 build now.

 

CTRL+C/X/V Not working

Hi, I hope someone can help me out.

A few days ago, some of my keyboard shortcuts stopped working for me. As far as I know, the only shortcuts that refuse to work with me are:

• ctrl + c
• ctrl + x
• ctrl + v
• ctrl + z
• ctrl + t (this one used to work until literally just now while I was testing it)

I don't think that this is a hardware issue because (oddly enough), the following keyboard shortcuts DO work.

• ctrl + w
• ctrl + n
• ctrl + p
• ctrl + d

I have already uninstalled my keyboard drivers and restarted my computer several times.

This problem affects me across Firefox, Chrome, Line...

The only thing of note that happened to me before this started happening is that Firefox updated and kicked my old data into a folder on my desktop.

I desperately hope that someone can help me out; my googling so far has been fruitless.
