Windows 10: I just did the required update Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9655.1 4

I just did the required update Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9655.1 4 and now my speakers are not working, they worked just fine prior to the update.I have checked to see if it was muted, adjusted to max volume, restarted my laptop again a second time after the update restart.
