I just factory resered my computer and now nothing works my mouse dosnt work and my computer buttons don’t do anything when I click them nothing happens don’t know how to fix it

my camera dosnt work, when i press the camera icon it takes me back to desktop
same thing if i press the camera button takes me back to desktop also

soft reset....Volume Down + Power. Hold until the phone vibrates. the try again. should take about 30 seconds.



If it doesn't work, check where you bought the phone.
