Windows 10: i just got a brand new laptop with windows 11 but I can't activate it

My laptop was supposed to be with windows 11 but it asks me to activate it and when i click on acivate it shows some stuff which i cannot understand and now when i try to click it my settings app crushes

Trouble Activating Windows 10 on a Brand New Laptop

Would really appreciate if someone could help me out. Just bought a brand new Dell laptop, and was setting it up when I noticed a notification saying Windows 10 hasn't been activated yet. I went into settings to activate it but it gives me the error code
0xC004C008, saying that the product key was already used on another device.

I tried updating and then restarting my laptop but that hasn't fixed it. I am at a loss for what to do, because this is a brand new laptop so I don't know how the product key could've been used already.

If anyone has any insight on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!

I ran the troubleshoot power option and it said “Display brightness setting is too high”

but it’s a brand new laptop, i should think I could expect the most from it.

I haven’t tried the next steps uou have suggested yet.

Hello, So I bought a new laptop just yesterday, at the first boot, the laptop was launched and was activated, But I clicked on change product key and inserted the product key that came as a sticker at the back of the laptop and then the laptop restarted and it was no longer activated and it gave me this error

"We can't activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. if you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code:0xC004C003."

And btw troubleshooting did not work..

I also tried using the following command in the CMD
"wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey"

And a key was provided which was different from the one on the sticker at the back of the laptop, and I tried activating windows using it and it still did work giving me the following error :
"The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)"

So now I am confused what am I supposed to do to have my windows 11 pro activated again?
