I just got a phone call from a person called Sam Parker. He said his ID is MSP 4300 and that he is from Microsoft saying that I have software issue

Win 10 people App will not find people called Sam!!

I have several contacts called Sam.

when I serach for them using 'Sam' they do not show up in the serach list.

I have created several new contacts in the App and in google coantacts, single first name or first and last

Yet,

• when I scroll down they are there
• when I look in my google contacts, and in my phone they are there, and I can serach for them
• when I search on their last name they do show in the serach list

Is this a known bug?

Sam Accounts and Connect now wizard

Consider my other thread as closed, i managed to find ansers to most of my questions. What reamins unsolved is as follows: 1 Disable usage of insecure authentication 2 Disable anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts 3 Disable anonymous access to named pipes and shares 4 Disable "Windows Connect Now" wizard Could anyone please explain to me what exactly each of the above listed settings does if i disable them?
