    I recently bought an HP computer and there seems to be an issue with the OS. I use Windows 10. My computer model is an


    HP Slimline Desktop - 290-a0009



    The main reasons I decided to come here are:


    1. Youtube videos have poor quality sound and video.


    2. My Chrome Refresh doesn't work.


    3. Windows 10 is a Microsoft product.


    I don't know how to fix this issue. I tried troubleshooting many audio issues but with no luck. As you can see below in the shot. there are corrupted files that I've never even heard of. I understand how busy you all are here, and that my case isn't any more important than anyone else's. but please help me.

    M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Not Recognized by my computer.

    Hi,



    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    We appreciate the research and troubleshooting you have done, this issue could be from the software end or from the hardware itself.



    Please try few of the troubleshooting below to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.



    1. Try to connect the device with a different USB and check if that helps.
    2. Connect the M-track to different computer and check if you still face the issue there, if the issue persists, it could be caused by hardware.




    Method 1:



    1. Press Windows + R key on your keyboard together, and type
      control printers.
    2. You will see list of all the devices and printers connected to your computer.
    3. Click on Add a device and follow the onscreen instruction and add your device.


    Method 2:



    1. Uninstall
      all the M-Track drivers
      from device manager.
    2. Reboot the computer and check.


    Method 3:



    I suggest you login to the manufacturer site,
    download the drivers for your registered device
    and
    install it.



    If you still face the issue, I suggest you to get in touch with the
    manufacturer and get the hardware checked once.

  3. Taskbar bug: switching to another window -will not appear at the front


    Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

    Method 1:
    I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

    1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
    2. Select or click Ease of Access.
    3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
    4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
    5. Check if issue is resolved.
    Method 2:
    I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

    1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
    2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
    3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
    4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
    5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
