  1. I just had some random podcast play in my headset out of nowhere.

Just about 20 minutes ago, a podcast just started playing in my headset. It came out of nowhere, when Spotify was paused, browser was not up, and Discord was up. I was not in a voice channel or call in Discord. This nearly scared me. I closed Spotify, and checked Task Manager to make sure. It was still playing. The only fix I knew was to just restart the computer. Anybody else have issues like this or know what causes it. I searched it and saw people even back in 2007 had the same problem. Can’t find it for Windows 10.

Edit: Not 100 percent sure it was a podcast. It was not a song, and did not sound like a radio. I’m basically 90 percent sure, because there are possibilities. It sounded like a guy explaining his song, somewhat like describing how they made it, which is my reasoning for not a song.

    Single play podcast

Instead of tapping the album art of the podcast with the play icon over it, tap the title to see the list of podcasts for that show and just tap the play icon next to the title of the episode you want to listen to.

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue I just had some random podcast play in my headset out of nowhere. :p

How do you change the play order of a podcast

    Hi g_db do not spam,

If it is downloading the Audio Book as a Podcast, simply open the Podcast by tapping on the name to the right and not the graphic with the play button. Now, you should be looking at an episode list and at the bottom of the screen is a button titled "series
settings." Tap this button and insure that "Oldest episodes first" is selected.

At this time, there is no way within the native Windows Phone OS for playing a file a little faster. However, this sounds like it would make an excellent

    Feature Suggestion
    .

    I hope this helps!
