Windows 10: I just installed update KB5031455 and still don't have Copilot

I just installed the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5031455 and still don't have Copilot.I have tried doing Win + C like mentioned in the documentation. That opens up Teams Chat instead of Copilot. I have also tried going into Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar to turn on Copilot. But there is no option for Copilot.My region is United States and I am signing in with a Microsoft account. What is going on? How can I enable Copilot?

It works with you, embedded in the other Microsoft 365 apps you use daily to help you unlock productivity, unleash creativity, and uplevel your skills.

Uplevel your digital notebook with natural language commands to reorganize your notebook, adjust formatting, and highlight what's important. Here are some example commands and prompts you can try:

How can I install The microsoft copilot

Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

Microsoft Copilot is currently in private preview, and access is only available to select developers. If you're an eligible developer, you can sign up to request access via the Copilot website: GitHub Copilot · Your AI pair programmer. After you have been granted access, you can install the Copilot extension in your IDE.

At present, the Copilot extension is only available for Visual Studio Code. To install the extension, follow these steps:

1. Open Visual Studio Code and click on the Extensions icon on the left sidebar (or press `Ctrl+Shift+X`).

2. Search for "GitHub Copilot" in the search bar and select the extension from the results.

3. Click on the "Install" button next to the extension. Once the installation is complete, you will need to reload Visual Studio Code to start using Copilot.

Keep in mind that Copilot is currently only available in private preview and is not fully released yet.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
