Windows 10: I just installed Windows 11 and my video editor will not open. Help?

When I try to open the video editor app, it takes me to microsoft photos. I repaired and resent the photos app, and this problem is still happening. I had a video in the video editor app that I was mid editing and I cannot access it because of this glitch that it takes me to microsoft photos every time I click on video editor.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Video Editor

I worked on a massive new Project in Video Editor for the 1st time in Windows 11. I followed the steps to create the backup (which completed) did not finish the Project as I needed to add just a little more content. I have attempted to open the Project and cannot find where it was stored or how to open a previous project. Any help?
