    I have already reinstalled NVidia drivers, tinkered with display settings, etc.See the image below, the upward arrow is centered correctly.And a complete screen screenshotThe stuff on the left is centered up-down properly.

    i installed a new vga into my computer and everything is fine, except that the Taskbar dosnt show up!! i have windows xp home edition. hitting the Windows button on my keybored dosnt open the start menu either, some 1 please help!

    Try Ctrl+Esc.

    If Recycle Bin is the only icon you can see, open it, from the explorer window navigate to Control Panel and find Taskbar settings there.
