I just logged in my microsoft account in my new laptop. But then it suddenly got locked. I can't put pin in my laptop. What should I do? Should I wait? How long?

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:
Switch to Local Account in Windows 10
