I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT OTHER WORDS THEY USE IN TERMINOLOGY FOR PROXY SERVER, PORT, AND WHAT HOST I USE

PORT AND PROXY DEFINING

IP address 127.0.0.1 is the local host in a LAN network. Not much you can do with.

IN THE NOKIA PC SUITE,WHENEVER I CONNECT TO INTERNET,IT GETS CONNECTED WITH THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS

APN:RCOMWAP

PROXY SERVER ADDRESS:10.239.221.5

PORT:8080

WHICH ARE DEFAULT SETTING OF RELIANCE GSM NETWORK...

NOW THE PROBLEM IS I WANT IS INSTEAD OF PROXY AND PORT I WANT TO USE ANOTHER PROXY AND PORT,127.0.0.1 AND 7777 RESPECTIVELY...

I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO SUCH THING IF YES PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW...

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps and check for the issue.

Disable proxy server settings:

• 
  Go to the Start Screen.
  
• 
  Press Windows+ I to view the
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Internet Options.
  
• 
  Click on Connection.
  
• 
  Click on LAN settings.
  
• 
  Uncheck all the listed items in the proxy and Auto Detect.
  
• 
  Save the Changes.
  
• 
  Restart your system.
  

If the above steps does not help disable proxy manually.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, Type
  control and click on OK.
  
• 
  Under Settings go to Network.
  
• 
  View connection settings.
  
• 
  Click on Network tab.
  
• 
  Proxy - turn
  off proxy.
