Windows 10: I just paid to Microsoft for photo upgrade but it still demands to upgrade. When can I use...

Microsoft kept my property hostage by blocking all my photos, and has been demanding that I upgrade storage or else. ALL ON ITS OWN TERMS AND OF COURSE I COULDN'T ANSWER that I preferred to delete them as I DON'T NEED THE MAJORITY OF MY PHOTOS, but I couldn't because the king blocked them and it's much juicer to get my money! Just to get rid of all of this hacking I paid for the upgrade, but that threatening page is still there pestering me withh upgrading. WHY??? i have a very urgent task to do with my photos and I wanted to do it now, that's why I paid at this time, but you still block

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
