    This is my second Dell computer with this problem. I cannot record or capture anything with any monitor I use to record with. I have no problem with the software that I'm using Camtasia 2018, Snagit 2019 on my second monitor when trying to record I'm getting a black screen and the only thing you can see is the cursor I also tried using Cyberlink Screen Recorder. I contact Dell and they say it sounds like a software problem which is not covered under the current contract it seems like I'm just going to have to return it. All of my software and driver are all up to date can anybody help

    If it's like this one, then it only has one HDMI, the upper one is a DisplayPort.
