I just received a message from windows saying: reliability is degraded, is there a way to fix it? What can i do?

videos received "degraded"

My N95 has worked fine with receiving videos in the past but suddenly receiving videos by mms results in the following message accompanying



"media objects were degraded to adapt to your device capabilities"



ie meaning the videos arrive as .gifs of random sizes between 16kb and 24 kb, rather than in the 3gp format or other in which they have been sent to me. The image is miniture and barely viewable. i have backed up my phone and done a factory restore, redownloaded
my config settings and still no improvement. any suggestions????

 

Unable to degrade ie11 in windows 10

Installed updates list is blank in my computer running on windows 10.

I have earlier updated to ie11 and I now want to degrade to ie6 or ie8.

Is there any way to degrade other than from control panel> programs & features>installed updates.

 

Receiving a message saying go to settings to activate Windows.
