Windows 10: I just rented a movie which won't play in a default app. I reqiure a refund.

Hi I just rented a movie but, when I click play there is an error within the default app for films.I cannot access what I paid for and therefore require a refund.There is no way to request refund and support is just an endless loop with no option to write directly to you.

Accessing and Playing a Rented Movie

I downloaded a rented movie last night called "The Thinning" and after it had finished downloading I shut down the computer and now I have great difficulty finding the movie in order to play it.

I have to type "The Thinning" in the search box and only when I click on it, I have the option to play it.

Why can't there be a link for "Rented" movies, so I can easily navigate to it ?

There are headings for "Explore" "Purchased" and "Personal" none of which takes me to my rented movie list.

Why do things always have to be so difficult ?

I can find them on the hard drive under videos where I have chosen to put them, but the computer has chosen Media Player Classic to play them, not your app _ MPC doesn't work.

 

How do I get a refund for a movie rented via MS that would not play correctly

Started using the MS TV app last week. Rented a couple of movies that played OK, but third kept freezing at ~44 minutes and would not play past.

Rental period has since expired w/o being able to watch movie.

No obvious way to address this -- MS virtual agent has led me here.

How do I arrange a refund of the rental price

can i get/buy more storage or can i get a refund please
