How does my screen name and password I just used disappear when I have it saved in Google password because I recently had a head injury with memory loss, and now you don't have any of my computer info on this screen name, and it isn't worth me spending the energy to add it all.Why is there no way to recover my old account using my old or create a new password or at least recover my data so I don't have to start from blank again. Please help! 2. "We couldn`t create a new partition or locate an existing one."

    Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

    Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

    list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

    select disk 0
    clean
    exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)

That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

  3. Change Email

To change the Microsoft account email on your PC, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Start menu and click on the "Settings" gear icon.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on "Accounts."
    3. Under "Your Info," click on "Manage my Microsoft account."
    4. This will take you to the Microsoft account website. Sign in with your current email and password.
    5. Once you're signed in, click on the "Your Info" tab.
    6. Under "Account aliases," click on "Add email."
    7. Follow the prompts to add your new email address.
    8. After adding the new email address, you'll receive a confirmation email to that address. Follow the instructions in the email to verify the new email address.
    9. Once you've verified the new email address, return to the "Your Info" tab and select the new email address as your primary email.
    10. Finally, sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign back in using your new email address and password to ensure the changes have taken effect.
That's it! Your Microsoft account email has been changed on your PC.

    Email Change

    Hello Oya,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

You can change the main outlook email address but it will be changed for all locations not just for signing into the computer.

This is called changing the primary alias and the steps are listed here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-...
