I just upgraded to Premium, but I'm still seeing ads when I play games on Solitaire & Casual Games? How can I get this fixed?

I have Solitaire Premium but I'm still seeing ads

I purchased a yearly sub in June, for Windows 10. All of a sudden, yesterday, I started seeing ads. I tried all the steps listed below but no luck.

Hi,

In playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10, you have to use your Xbox Profile which is automatically created once you sign in to the Xbox App.

If you prefer to play the Ad-free version of the game, you need to upgrade the game to a Premium version. In this version, you will have an option to play with your friends online.

To upgrade, follow the steps below:

• Launch the game, and then click the Menu button on the upper left corner of the screen.
• Select Upgrade to Premium.

Solitaire Ads

All of a sudden, when I'm trying to play Spider Solitaire, I'm getting ads for other games. The ads
won't close and there is a pop up offer to pay to upgrade to Premium Edition. What the heck?? Solitaire has always been free. How do I stop the ads? I don't want to pay $14.99. Grrrr.
