Windows 10: I just upgraded to Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809 and my Microsoft Store apps...

I just installed the latest version of Windows 10 and apps I previously downloaded from the Microsoft Store are no longer working.

Windows 10 1511

Windows 10 1607

Windows 10 1703

Windows 10 1709

Windows 10 1803

How likely is it my Dell Inspiron 7558 will run Windows 10 version 1809 come October of 2018? (June 16, 2018)

Neither System Information nor Intel HD Graphics Control Panel tells me, they both just say "Intel HD Graphics". Just as expected, Windows 10 build 17134 much improves the responsiveness of the start menu and taskbar over build 16299 and I will ask whether
or not my Inspiron 7558 can run the successor to Windows 10 version 1809 come October 2018.

 

Windows 10 Mobile Store prompting to upgrade to a newer version of Windows 10

Hey!

So, I opened the Microsoft Store on my Lumia 950 this morning and found a banner listing at the top of the app (suggested apps slider) that read "Update your PC by October 9, 2018). My phone is running the latest production build of 1709. Clicking on the
listing redirects me to the Microsoft.com page that helps users update their version of Windows (on the PC, obviously).

However, I know that Windows 10 ver 1703 reaches its end of support on October 9, 2018. Ignoring the identity crisis of the phone thinking it's a PC, just wanted to know if this a thing that shows up for users on the PC running 1703 as well?
