Windows 10: I keep blue screening and I cannot find out why

So I've built my pc about a month ago and I cant seem to understand why I've been blue screening constantly every time I either try to play a game or sometimes on launch. Can someone please help me with finding out how to fix this blue screening problem since this is my first pc and I've tried so many things already to try to troubleshoot this.Methods I have tried:- Reinstalled windows about 3 times- downgraded to windows 10 in hopes that it was a windows 11 problem- replaced my ram sticks- replaced my motherboard- replaced my ssd- reset my whole pc- tried using sfc and dism and chkdsk with no
