Discus and support I keep doing sfc scans, I find corrupted files, when I do them again I still find corrupted... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried it so many times, The other day I reinstalled windows, did a local PC reset, none of them didn't work, I also cant enable my windows 11...     I keep doing sfc scans, I find corrupted files, when I do them again I still find corrupted...


    I tried it so many times, The other day I reinstalled windows, did a local PC reset, none of them didn't work, I also cant enable my windows 11 defender, It gives me ''Security at a glance''

    Corrupted file RAR

    If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:
    • Open WinRAR application in your system.
    • Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
    • A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
    • Now click Open button.
    • Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
    • Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
    • Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
    • Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
    • WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.
    I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

    SFC Scan Found Corrupt Files...

    After running the In-place upgrade, without any issues.
    The results from the SCF scan speak for themselves.
    As you can see from my screenshot of the scan.

    Thanks for all the suggestions on this issue.
    It's the second in-place upgrade I've needed to preform.
    I just hope this doesn't become a pattern.

    Now it's time to do a complete system backups.

    How would you know a OS is corrupt?

    If you want to scan for OS corruption type "sfc /scannow" in RUN. This will scan and replace damaged system files. Just make sure you have the O/S CD in handy.
