Windows 10: I keep getting a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error blue screen!

I have looked at many other people who have had this issue and none are like mine. Mine error only happens when I am running a game that is mid to high intensity COD MW 2019 and mid way through playing I get the blue screen. I have reinstalled windows several times, reseated and cleaned out my CPU socket, I also reseated my ram cables and GPU. I have no idea what could be happening and this has happened through every installation of windows. It has even happened after updating all of my drivers on my computer to their newest version which is why I stopped updating the drivers that arent nece

The CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bug check has a value of 0x000000EF. This indicates that a critical system process died.
The ntoskrnl.exe may possibly occur due to the default value in the
Boot Loader section of the Boot.ini file which is missing or invalid. BSOD errors occur mostly due to incompatible, faulty or corrupted device drivers installed on the computer. To better assist you, I'd like to know any changes
you've made. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
