I keep getting a pop up review this message and it is said Quarantined and it is my school account. when I review it is nothing but letter heading for my school appears. What does it mean?

I get a popup "Microsoft Review These Messages" frequently.

Whwn I press Review Mesage a login page appears. However, if I try to login with my microsft account, I get an error message:

"AADSTS500200: User account 'xxxxx@yyyy.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account."

However, I do not have a relevant organizational account.

What shoud I do?

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

Hi Graceimson,

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

windows defender quarantine

This error in the documentation is causing lots of confusion. You actually can’t review or restore quarantined items in the WDSC Full History page, which corresponds to the All Detected Items page in the classic Windows Defender UI. The Quarantined
Threats list on the Scan History page corresponds to the Quarantined Items page in the classic UI, and that list will display any items that have actually been quarantined as well as provide the options to remove or restore any of those items, as we can see
