Windows 10: I keep getting a pop up stating that device is having problems with my work or school...

I keep getting a pop up stating that device is having problems with my work or school account, but I am signed in under my personal account. Why?

everytime i open teams i am required to sign in due to "sign in errors". when i sign in as required, a dialogue box pops up stating that my device has problems with my work/school account and have to sign in again.

instead of having to sign in everytime i use the app, is there a way to stay signed in? what could be the reason as to why my device is having problems with my account? is it a problem on my end or the administrator's end?

I recently replaced the motherboard on my Win10 laptop. Since then I get "Sign in required: Your device is having problems with your work or school account" pop-ups (please see screen shot, below). I've tried clicking the sign-in button and signed in to the account. I've also gone to the aka.ms/accountrecovery link shown on the pop-up and "recovered" the account: basically, reset the password. But the message still keeps popping up. It's hard to predict but it sometimes seems to occur when I'm using the Microsoft Phone Link app. Any ideas? I'd like to get rid of this pop-up message. No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

1st suggestion didnt work at all.
2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up
