    I just did a clean install of windows and now I keep getting this error and can't even download apps from Microsoft store and smart screen does not seem to work as well. Please help.

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    I have error code 80070141 I kept trying t fix it but count, I looked all over the windows help guide and I think I had found it but had to go to the Windows store, then I had another problem error code 0x80072ee2 and I found the problem and did everything
    they told me STEP-by-STEP and still nothing happened and I still have the same problem. Im just trying to download pictures and videos from my windows 8 phone (lumia 810) to my windows 8 computer.
