Windows 10: I keep getting "Bad Image" when I try to open a specific app

I've downloaded an app to help mod a game. But every time I try to open it I get a "Bad Image" error.It never happened to me before. Any idea what to do?My pc:Windows 11 2024CPU: I9 12900kGPU: 4090Ram: 64GB 6000HZStorage: 2TB

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

how to set open images with specific program

To do that, you would need to right-click on the image that you want to open and on the menu choose "Open With". If the program that you wanted to use is not on the list, click on "Choose Another App", scroll down and then click on "More Apps"
